Pilates & Barre
Wednesdays 9.45am – 10.45am
Barre and Pilates class.
This is a 60 min class that is a mixture of Barre and Pilates
The class starts with a 30 min Barre session which is a Ballet-insprired workout, that is a fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Yoga exercises to up tempo dance music. This combination of exercises will give you a whole body workout by strengthening your core and lengthening your muscles (such as abs, arms, hips and thighs) and will result in a toned body, improved posture and increased flexibility.
The class will end with a 30 min Pilates session on the Mat which is a low impact workout that focuses on improving your balance, posture, flexibility, strength and co-ordination.
Wednesdays 11.00am – 12.00pm
Pilates is a low impact workout that has no age limit and is suitable for all fitness levels. If you are looking to improve your fitness, returning to fitness after an injury or illness or just want a good stretch, Pilates will be the class for you.
Price for each class is £8 per person. Mat and small equipment is provided all you will need to do is bring yourself and a bottle of water. Wear fitness clothes or whatever you feel comfortable to wear for exercise but wear layers as you may get hot. As we work on the Mat you can either wear socks or be barefoot.

The Wing Chun School
Thursdays 8pm – 9pm (Women Self defence)
Fridays 5.30pm – 6.30pm (Teenagers)
The Wing Chun School approach to Wing Chun is simple. No politics, no gimmicks, no magic. We refrain from using words like traditional, authentic, classical, pure and modified, realising that Wing Chun is both a practical and pragmatic form of martial arts and an expression of concepts.
The Wing Chun system has a short syllabus based on two principles – conservation of energy and economy of motion.
Our style is based on the Ip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu system through the direct lineage of Grandmaster Ip Ching.
Sifu Andrea has been training for 13 years. She is an assistant instructor and administrator for the women classes at our head quarters. She has travelled to Hong Kong and has met many masters and has also had the opportunity to meet Grand Master Ip Ching.
Sessions will be short but focused, mainly training combative skills and self defence technique. Expect the classes to be robust and vigorous.
Classes are open for all women and all teenagers aged 13 years old.
£20 under 16’s
£15 under 16’s attending with a parent
